Hi everyone! As expected I took part in the Global Game Jam 2015 at the Politecnico University in Milan. For those who don't know about it, it's an event where many developers and game lovers meet and get to create groups with the purpose of developing together within 48h a game based on a specific theme revealed at the beginning of the contest.
This year the theme was: What do we do now?
Firstly, I met my first group member, a programmer from Rimini, casually sitting next to me. We then together went around looking for other people in order to form a complete group. In the newly formed group my position was the Game Designer. Soon we started the brainstorming , to find a good idea for a game that we had to develop in such a short time.
Finally, after two days of work, here is Cosplay Party! Together we developed an endless game, where you get to be two attracting cosplayers that have to protect themselves by a crowd of fans at a Comic Convention. The mechanics are quite simple but entertaining and if you want to give a try to the first version that works discreetly, you can download it here and install it on your android device:

We intend to fix any kind of bugs and add other functions with the intention of releasing it on Google Play Store in the future.
As regards to all of the other teams, 35 games were developed, all different from each other and some turned out to be very original. I recommend to all of you to check them out on the Jam official site and to download them:

I personally feel that this has been an amazing experience and I would like to thank all of my group members with whom I shared the dream of taking part of a team that develops videogames for a living!
Until next time!

Ciao a tutti!
Quest'anno il tema era: What do we do now? Cosa facciamo ora?
