Hi everyone!
I'm writing this post to let you know about some activities in which I participated this month. And as you can tell from the title it's about...Ubisoft!
To start with I participated at the contest held by Assassin's Creed Art (R)Evolution site to bring 20 artworks based on the Assassin's Creed brand that would be displayed at Villa Bottini for the Lucca Comics & Games 2014.
I created for this occasion a digital artwork elaboration that you can find under this post. As you can see I imagined an Assassin's Creed set in Paris in the '900s with the Eiffel Tower and an airship. In particular I thought that the templars used airships and that the main character had just saboted one of them.
Well, I didn't arrive in the final twenty of this contest but today after I've seen the last trailer released by Ubisoft about Assassin's Creed Unity apparently either my immagination just become reality or someone at Ubisoft thinks like me or viceversa!! I leave to you all considerations about this after seeing the mentioned trailer!

The second initiative in which I was involved in, was a contest to visit the Ubisoft Milan's studies held for the "Fuori Milano Games Week". In this occasion I was chosen to be one of the twenty selected people that could take advantage from this opportunity!
It really was a nice experience not only because I got to know how they work and in what they put efforts into every day, but expecially to have had the opportunity to talk with programmers, animators, artists and designers and find out that they all are nice and friendly people besides being good at their job. Thanks for all!
Below you can find some pics taken during this event with developers and the other participants.

Ciao a tutti!

A presto!
